Margarita

INGREDIENTS

2 oz I’m parched Vodka 
Squeeze the juice of a fresh lime
Muddle a pomegranate and strain the juice

Garnish with a lime and Tajin on the rim.  

DIRECTIONS

Grab a cocktail glass. Wet glass rim with simple syrup (or lime juice) to make the Tajin stick to rim. In a martini shaker, with a handful of ice – add fresh juice with muddled pomegranate and vodka. Shake well. Pour contents of shaker into the glass and add a lime wedge garnish. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz I’m parched Vodka

2 oz Fresh Juice – Lime Juice, Jalapeño, one green apple wedge (we made in a Juicer. Add one wedge of fresh pineapple or orange if it tickles your fancy)

Garnish with Sea Salt and Tajin. Add a crisp celery stalk for fiber.

Green-i TiNi

INGREDIENTS

2 oz I’m parched Vodka

2 oz Green Juice (create your own using your favorites). As shown, cucumber, celery, spinach, green apple, lime, and ginger.  Add jalapeño for heat.

Garnish with cucumber and lime.  Add fresh lime zest and Tajin to the rim.

DIRECTIONS

Fill a martini glass with ice to chill. In a martini shaker, with a handful of ice – add green juice and vodka. Shake well. Empty ice out of glass. Wet glass rim with a lime to make the Tajin stick to rim.  Pour contents of shaker into the chilled glass and add garnish. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.

Parched Mule

INGREDIENTS

2 oz I’m parched Vodka
2 oz Sparkling Water
1 tsp Pickled Ginger
1 oz Lime Juice Fresh (1/2 lime)
1 tsp Honey

DIRECTIONS

Add ginger, honey, lime Juice and Vodka to a cocktail shaker half full of ice. Shake vigorously. Let rest for a moment allowing the ginger to infuse into the rest of the ingredients. Fill a copper mug with ice. Strain beverage into the mug to remove ginger pulp. A Nutmilk bag or large tea strainer works well if you don’t have any other type of strainer. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with a wedge of lime. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.
