ok salty dog cocktail

INGREDIENTS

1.7 oz I’m parched Vodka

4 oz Pineapple Juice

Garnish with fresh pineapple, lime and star anise and raw sugar on rim.

DIRECTIONS

Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill. In a martini shaker, with a handful of ice – add pineapple juice and vodka. Shake well. Empty ice out of glass. Wet glass rim with simple syrup (or a lime) to make the raw sugar stick to rim.  Pour contents of shaker into the chilled glass and add the garnishes. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.

INGREDIENTS

1.7 oz I’m parched Vodka

4 oz Mango Juice

Garnish with a dried or fresh mango slice and chili lime salt on rim. If you don’t have chili lime salt, combine saltlime zest and chili powder in a small bowl.

Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill. In a martini shaker, with a handful of ice – add mango juice and vodka. Shake well. Empty ice out of glass. Wet glass rim with a lime to make the salt stick to rim.  Pour contents of shaker into the chilled glass and add a slice of mango. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.

Texas Salty Dog

INGREDIENTS

1.7 oz I’m parched Vodka

4 oz Organic Cold-pressed Grapefruit Juice

Garnish with slice of fresh jalapeno and Himalayan Pink Salt on rim

DIRECTIONS

Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill. In a martini shaker, with a handful of ice – add grapefruit juice and vodka. Shake well. Empty ice out of glass. Wet glass rim with a lime to make the salt stick to rim.  Pour contents of shaker into the chilled glass and add a jalapeno slice. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.

Parched Mule

espresso vodka martini

INGREDIENTS

2 oz I’m parched Vodka
2 oz Sparkling Water
1 tsp Pickled Ginger
1 oz Lime Juice Fresh (1/2 lime)
1 tsp Honey

DIRECTIONS

Add ginger, honey, lime Juice and Vodka to a cocktail shaker half full of ice. Shake vigorously. Let rest for a moment allowing the ginger to infuse into the rest of the ingredients. Fill a copper mug with ice. Strain beverage into the mug to remove ginger pulp. A Nutmilk bag or large tea strainer works well if you don’t have any other type of strainer. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with a wedge of lime. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.

Orange Protinius

INGREDIENTS

1.7 oz I’m parched Vodka

1/2 cup Oatmilk (or whole milk)

4 oz Organic Orange Juice

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Garnish with whipped oatmilk, an orange slice & fresh mint

DIRECTIONS

Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill for about 5 minutes. In a martini shaker, with a handful of ice – add orange juice, vanilla, milk and vodka. Shake well. Pour into the chilled glass, top with whipped oatmil (or whipped cream) add an orange slice and mint sprig. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.
