INGREDIENTS
1.7 oz I’m parched Vodka
4 oz Pineapple Juice
Garnish with fresh pineapple, lime and star anise and raw sugar on rim.
DIRECTIONS
Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill. In a martini shaker, with a handful of ice – add pineapple juice and vodka. Shake well. Empty ice out of glass. Wet glass rim with simple syrup (or a lime) to make the raw sugar stick to rim. Pour contents of shaker into the chilled glass and add the garnishes. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.
