INGREDIENTS
1.7 oz I’m parched Vodka
4 oz Mango Juice
Garnish with a dried or fresh mango slice and chili lime salt on rim. If you don’t have chili lime salt, combine salt, lime zest and chili powder in a small bowl.
DIRECTIONS
Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill. In a martini shaker, with a handful of ice – add mango juice and vodka. Shake well. Empty ice out of glass. Wet glass rim with a lime to make the salt stick to rim. Pour contents of shaker into the chilled glass and add a slice of mango. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.
